I work in an integrative way using Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic and Pluralistic approaches depending on what you need.

I became a counsellor because I know what it’s like to try to manage everything alone.

I wanted to offer a place where you can talk openly without feeling judged or rushed.

You don’t need to know where to start.

You don’t need the right words.

You show up as you are and we take it from there.
